Yukon Power Steps

The 2009 Yukon Hybrid -- designed by GMC -- is a 4 door SUV and can seat up to nine passengers. Upon introduction, the Yukon Hybrid 4WD is equipped with a standard 6.0-liter, V8, 332-horsepower, hybrid engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. A 4-Speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
This model is perfect for families who prefer spacious, comfy and yet ruggedly stylish SUvs. Thanks to a major redesign of its interiors, the 2009 Yukon now boasts of a handsome, well-tailored new cabin design that was more in line with the GMC Yukon's price tag, particularly in high-end Denali form. For 2008, the well-respected Yukon sees only a few detail changes. This SUV should meet just about any full-size SUV buyer's needs. Aside from seating up to nine passengers, the Yukon can easily tow about 8,000 pounds and offers enough features to keep the most demanding families happy. And because the Yukon is a couple of feet shorter than its otherwise similar Yukon XL big brother, and hence easier to handle in the cities and suburbs. |
